23rd Annual KABHA Event

**"Reunion & Refreshing"** was the theme of the KABHA year-end party and networking event, which was successfully held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Ebenezer Mission Church. This event was a place to strengthen the bond between KABHA members and encourage each other as the year was wrapping up, and it was made even more meaningful and enriching by the participation of many mental health professionals working for the Korean community in various regions including New York and New Jersey.

The event began with a welcoming speech by Dr. Soo-il Lee , who will serve as KABHA Chairman starting in 2024, and was followed by words of gratitude to the Board of Directors for their continued support of KABHA. The newly appointed KABHA executives were then introduced, and they pledged to work together to promote the Korean community and mental health for the next two years.

Mental health professionals who attended the event recognized the importance of mental health and the development of the Korean community through networking and exchanges, and resolved to continue to support and sponsor together. In particular, the attendees shared a meaningful time to end the year, encouraged each other's activities, and looked forward to a hopeful new year.

KABHA , established in 2001, is an organization that has been working to promote mental health in the Korean community, and continues its activities through the volunteer work and support of professionals. This year’s year-end party was established as a place to share the organization’s ongoing vision and strengthen the bond between members.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Lee Soo-il, Aum Sang-won, Lee Jenna, Yoon Mi-na, Park Hyo-jeong, Kim Eun-hee, Moon In-gyu, Kim Seon, Choi Gwan-ho, Kim Soo-min, Park Sang-hee, Park Ye-ji, Bang Myeong-sun, Yoon Gyeong-hee, Lee Seong-min, Im Sin-yeong, and all KABHA members who participated in making this event a success.

KABHA plans to continue its efforts and service for the mental health of the Korean community and to develop more advanced activities in the future.
